Waiting on Wednesday

“Waiting On” Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we’re eagerly anticipating.  Basically books that are not yet out that we are dying to get our hands on.  This is my first week but I’m excited to participate and I have tons of books to pick from.  This week:

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

Out September 29th

From Goodreads:
Ketterdam:  a bustling hub of international trade where anything can be had for the right price—and no one knows that better than criminal prodigy Kaz Brekker, Kaz is offered a chance at a deadly heist that could make him rich behind his wildest dreams.  But he can’t pull it off alone…

A convict with a thirst for revenge.

A sharpshooter who can’t walk away from a wager.

A runaway with a privileged past.

A spy known as the Wraith.

A Heartrender using her magic to survive the slums.

A thief with a gift for unlikely escapes.

Six dangerous outcasts.  One impossible heist.  Kaz’s crew is the only thing that might stand between the world and destruction—if they don’t kill each other first.

My thoughts:
Okay this is a new book in the same world as the Grisha trilogy.  I just finished that series recently and loved the world so this is a no brainer.  I’m excited to dive back into the world in which I won’t lie I can’t pronounce half the places or names, though I like Kaz it’s short and sweet!  I’ve been working on my reviews for the trilogy and hope to have the next one up next week.

That's one I'm waiting on.  What are you waiting on?  Share in the comments below.
