Top Ten Tuesday: Characters everyone loves...but me

                Hello everyone!  Top Ten Tuesday is just how it sounds, a topic is picked and we put our Top Ten for that in a post and share and check out everyone’s answers.  Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.  Also announcing the winner of the signed copy of Blackhearts by Nicole Castroman I had going is:  Sabrina!  Congrats!  

The top today is: Characters everyone loves but I don’t


Oscar from I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson- He agitated my biggest pet peeve and almost ruined the whole book for me.

Sloane from Since You’ve Been Gone by Morgan Mattson- She was not a good friend.

Rhysand from A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas- What he did…not okay by any means.

Gideon from Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier- He always rubbed me the wrong way and his attitude.

Wren from Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell- I didn’t hate her I just didn’t love how she left her sister to deal with all the family stuff on top of her own issues and then having to take care of her.

    Oh man! I really liked the concept of fangirl, but the book was a little too slow, and a little too little for my tastes! I didn't like Wren or Cath too much! Rhysand, we don't know all that much about him, but I found the first part of the book so terrible slow, he sort of excited it up for me!

      Awe thanks! Oh I loved both of those books and while I think Rhysand makes an interesting character I don't agree with what he's done.

    I totally agree with Rhy and Wren!! I didn't like either one of them at all. I also totally understand where you're coming from about Oscar! great list

    I haven't read any of these, but honestly, this week I like that so much better! If I haven't read any, I can't be offended by their inclusion :p

    Noooo! Okay, I didn't love Rhysand, but I'm withholding judgment until I read the next book. Great list!

      LOL I know there are a bunch of Rhysand lovers but drugging someone every night is never acceptable behavior in my book.

    Fangirl is the only one that you mentioned that I've read. And no, I was NOT a fan of hers at all!
